On the website it says all chewy bars have 22.2g of carbs and 5.5 fat and lemon is 20.1g carbs and 5.6 fat but the crunchy ones have 13-15 carbs but 7g fat! What's worse carbs or fat? Haha I'm just going to stick to 1 a day with 2 shakes
At what point are you allowed them? And what's wrong that you can't start off with them

ThanksI have put them all in the fridge now, the choc ones are amazing! Really not sure about the crunchy bits in the peanut bars, I can't seem to chew them enough to break it down if that makes sense lol
