hi! I've just on started on SS this week and so far so good. I'm just using the shakes but was thinking of getting more vegetable soup packs. Do you still loose as much weight of you take the soup rather than a shake?
I don't think soups vs shakes make any difference tbh. I have the pasta and rice packs too (v yummy!)) and they don't seem too slow it for me either xx
I asked the same thing to my consultant the other day regarding the meals, as they contain pasta/rice, and she said they don't hinder things at all as they're still balanced with the right amount of carbs.
