Do we get new Books etc

Is the new book the starter pack......and does it have the new HE options in it?

yes the new book is the starter pack - & yes it has the new HEx's in - like the Asda pitta bread

However it does state that fat free flavoured yoghurt is 0.5syns wheras my SWC said that Mullers were still free this morning! Ah, it's ok - the old book said that too!

Our consultant said she will give us new stickers if we want to use the new books !!!
