I lost 4.4lbs this week :D absolutely delighted with that :)
 
Hi all, another Sunday weigh-er here!
6lb off this week, after a very naughty weekend involving lots of red wine and junky hangover food!
i am now officially overweight and have lost 3st 6lb in 11 weeks on S&S :)

Hi, I'm a sunday weigher. Just started slim and save after finding cambridge too expensive. Lost 10 lb! Woop woop!

I'm a Sunday weigher too! Only just found this thread.

Its 3.2 for me this week, bringing my total now to 29lbs, still alooong way to go, but with every lb it gets more and more reachable!

Hello there Sunday weighers!!

I've just ordered all my slim and save packs and am starting on Sunday 1st September.
I'm a mixture of nervous and excited!!
I'll be doing Sunday weigh ins too so will join you on this thread if that's ok.
You're all such an inspiration!! Well done on your amazing achievements so far.
I have done the Cambridge diet before - 2 years ago and I loved it however s+s seems to have more yummy choices and freedom. (I'm doing the 'lifestyle' plan).
I'll weigh in on Sunday with my start weight.

Weigh in today - lost 5lbs! Can't quite believe it so I did it 10 times! I'm not kidding!!
I'm now 12 stone bang on and so so hoping that next weigh in I will see an 11 something on the scales!!
