Do we have to eat ALL our points?

Hi everyone! :)
I just joined today and it was a busy class so I didn't want to ask too many questions :/ the leader did say to eat all our points, I'm on 42 points which seems an awful lot even though I'm obviously quite a bit bigger than most but I'm just wondering say if I feel great and satisfied but have a few extra points left, what do I do? And how many points is allowable to possibly leave, if any? Thanks x

it works, eat them all.

At the end of the day you can do whatever you please.. but if you cut your points down you will find you HAVE to stick to them forever.. (and trust me its not easy like this forever) or you'll end up in a plateau later on because your body is used to the same points for so long x
EAT THEM ALL.........its what you are eating that changes alot and thats where you will notice the difference and also the portion sizes which means that you are eating less (portion) but still have the points hanging around to have those nice treats especially on the days when its not all going to plan. This allows you not to have blown it.
Good luck - its a fab plan - My other tip would be to make sure that you measure yourself, as I have found that the inches are going - in 5 weeks I have lost a total of 4.5 inches from my body and thats a great incentive when the loss on the scales are smaller.
