I think most people have an off day or treat after weigh in, I do, but then I only eat about 8ish points during the day of my weigh in then will have some vegetable fried rice from the Chinese or fried rice and curry sauce, something like that! The rest of the week I stick within or exactly to my points 99% of the time. Obviously theres occasions when this is difficult, xmas, birthdays, meals out etc.
