I think most people have an off day or treat after weigh in, I do, but then I only eat about 8ish points during the day of my weigh in then will have some vegetable fried rice from the Chinese or fried rice and curry sauce, something like that! The rest of the week I stick within or exactly to my points 99% of the time. Obviously theres occasions when this is difficult, xmas, birthdays, meals out etc.

I try not to as I have a tendency to blow it otherwise. I will have treats but try to save for them in advance from my four 'bankable' points a day and then point them all and claw back afterwards if I need to.

I tend to have a treat on my WI days like most .... i find it really motivates me to be good during the week, although i try not to go mad cause on top of everything it makes me feel crap!!!


But i think allowing yourself a treat on WI is definalty a good idea!

well i have a treat and dont count my points after ww thats where my problem maybe some time!

When i done weightwatchers before ( a couple of years ago ) at the start i didnt ... i stuck to my weightwatcher points and planned ahead so if i wanted that takeaway on a friday night i save 4 pts a day to get it.... but when i reached goal and was trying to maintain i allowed myself the sat of as a wee reward... i dont really know looking back if this was a good ting as i did manage to put an extra stone back on.... but at the min i really want to make goal so im not saying ill deprive myself of treats i just plan my weightwatcher points around them... thats the good ting bout this diet :):) xx
