Do you ever wonder how the hell this diet actually works.
I usually have a 'good' breakfast of Alpen, a banana and a Muller. Today (shopping day) I had no Alpen so decided to have a fry(lite) up. I had 3 Morrisons sausages, 2 slices of WW bacon, beans and scrambled eggs and a Muller yoghurt. If I take today as a green day thats only 3 syns (max) if I do EE - then its all free.
On WW that would have been 14 points Thats more than I had for my main meal at night.
When I was at my mums the other night she had a box of 94% fat free small crackers, if Id shared them with her it would have been 8 syns, yet the large plate of macaroni, tuna, grated cheese that I had was free. Looking at the 2 options I bet 9/10 people would have gone for the crackers lol
I dont know how it works - but it does, so I guess Im best not thinking about it too much :giggle:
