once you have nothing to aim for you lose interest in dieting/exercising?

I don't need to diet but I want to exercise to keep fit and trim up.

But August hasn't started off too well as I am going away so I feel what's the point of pushing myself when I know I can't do the whole month.

How do you change your mind set so you still do it on the days you can?

Anyone else find this?
 
I don't aim for a month. I aim for a day, and then the next day. So the whole month thing isn't mportant to me.
