Extra Easy Do you have to have the super free?

I realise that it's the super free foods that are low in calories and will fill you up and I thought that you HAD to have one third of your plate as super free. But I am just looking through the book that lists the EE foods and it gives a lunch idea of spaghetti hoops on toast, but that wouldn't have any super free.

Is it ok to have the odd meal without super free? I was thinking something like that would be good for work, and I'd probably finish off with fresh fruit anyway but just wanted to double check.

If a meal has a healthy extra in, then there's already a control there. So spaghetti on toast would be fine. The 1/3 superfree will give you the best losses, but don't stress if a meal hasn't got quite a third in it. I don't! X
