Water is ok but in that case you are best off buying the Protein drink mix and adding one scoop then mixing with water as this will thicken it up and stop you becoming hungry x

I was wondering would it be cheaper if I bought everything I needed from amazon or eBay Being a veggie I think I will need shakes, protein mix, vitamins & maybe some snack bars does this sound about right or would it be better buying from someone who now's what there talking about. ❔❔❔

Definitely see a distributor! If you are going to do this do it properly have the full wellness evaluation (it's free). I've also heard that products from Amazon or ebay can be fake. x
