I had 1 bar a day every day last week and lost 6lb - which is about average of my previous losses without bars! So dont think it has affected my weight loss xxx
I've had a bar a day since week 2 and happy with losses. I must say, I'd find it hard to give them up now - they're so handy for lunch as the shakes were a bit lumpy despite me shaking like an earthquake!
I had a bar almost every day last week and my weigh in read me a STS. So, the bars have gone this week, will be interesting to see what I lose on a shake only week again.
i love the cranberry bars but they give me the munchies so i really do have to restrict myself to a couple every two weeks. still. i do LOVE them. don't really care for any of the others though...
I haven't had the bars yet as I am still in week 1 but am thinking of trying them for lunch. Do they ever make you want more food as you are starting to chew something or do you feel the same as after a shake?
I imagine everyone is different, but I know that even though I remained in Ketosis, the whole chewing thing made me feel very hungry.
Flying back to UK in 3 weeks so I'm gonna have to take a couple for 'on the move' use but they won't be a regular part of my journey now.
I have just started the cd on Monday as was give 7 bars, i did txt my CDC and ask her if it slowed down weightloss!! She said that she has been giving the bars to all her ladies on the first week and they have had fantastic losses.
