do you remember me?

    Hello,

    i used to post here alot and last yr i did very well following the LL plan, however it was too expensive for me to continue so i chagned to CD however i found it harder to stick to i don't know if it was physological or wat but for some reason i kept falling on the wagon and each time i did it was harder to get bak onto, anyway i have now regained 3 of the 5 st i lost and am now seriously thinking of going bak to cd. Hopefully someone can help me and reassure me that its possible to get bak to it and lose the weight that i need to lose. I would be so grateful for any advice you can offer me and then i can get up the confidence toring my cdc again.


    Thans for reading my ramble and i look forward to meeting new people and getting bak with old friends on here.

    Hiya

    Well done for deciding to deal with your weight before it all came back on.

    Be assured your CDC will be happy to hear from you and will help you quickly trim back down to goal weight.

    Personally I would recommend you look at Cambridge 790 to lose the 3 stone as this will still be quick but without some of the baggage of SS that you get the 2nd time around.

    Anyway go for it and remember water is key :)

    Hi Busy, good to see you around again:).. If you've done this before, you can deffinately do it again hun.. Mike's advice re' the 790 is good though.. maybe work down the steps to ease yourself back into the swing of it.
