Do you still try to eat superspeed fruit even when not hungry?

Hi everyone, am trying to "up" my superspeed foods by eating pinapple, strawberries and drinking lots of water. Does everyone else still try to eat it even when not hungry? looking for a loss at WI tomorrow, any loss though i would like 1.5lb for my half stone badge and just trying to get as much down me as i can but tummy feels bit bloated x

I don't eat when I'm not hungry. Well, I try not too! But I wouldn't eat it as an extra though.
If I'm trying to "up" my superspeed then I'll substitute it - for example, I'll have strawberries and not blueberries, apples and not bananas, chicken instead of beef, haddock instead of salmon - that sort of thing.

To me, eating it for the sake of it, just because it's superspeed, is still increasing food intake.

No - The whole idea of Slimming World is to eat when you are hungry and stop once you are full.
okay dokey just wasnt sure what to do - desperate for my half stone badge and thought by eating more of them would help - realise the stupidity in it and whatever happens at WI will happen. I have now put down the strawberries.....extra cals i dont need when not hungry. Have just read people on here saying they eat loads of superspeed foods all the time - oops - thanks everyone

Hey it's not stupidity. There are people who eat superspeed all the time, the thing is, on here you will get personal opinion as well as SW "rules".

I personally don't eat extra food when I'm not hungry but that's not to say others don't.

When we are desperate for awards we can put too much pressure on ourselves. What would happen if you didn't get it this week? Nothing, you'll get it the week after.
thanks everyone...need a little reality check sometimes by writing down what i am doing so i can re read it to realise what i have just said or are doing - after wi tomorrow i am going to sit, do some food lists, dinner lunch ideas that are a bit different from what i am doing just now. Slowly going back into the way of thinking i can eat loads for the sake of it, as proved today, didnt even want the strwberries but for some reason thought i could up my loss even more. Little bit of common sense needed, why i love this forum, good luck everyone

I agree with Shirleen. The idea of superfree is that it naturally restricts the amount of free and synned food that you want to eat, so it's better to have it before a meal, or incorporated into it.
great idea, just had my pineapple for today, 2 hours before lunch so will try this before dinner tonight - thanks ladies x

i would do a workout, that used to shift a lb the day before lol or even drink coffee as a diuretic it will shift some water weight. But eating extra unless your subbing ss for other free food wont make much difference and maybe even make u gain depending on how much u eat
