Does anyone else periodically use water tablets?

I use them at the start of any diet, after a big loss, and when I stall.

At the start of a diet, you have probably carbed up and retained water.

Week 2 of a diet, you've given your body a shock, shock and it's likely to hold onto weight any way it can - fat cells fight very hard to stay fat, and often hold onto water when you lose weight. Sadly fat cells are (i believe) permanent, which is why we are prone to regaining quickly.

After a big loss, the same can be said of the body. Same with exercise - you usually get the benefit the week after, not the day after.

it's the same with dieting - you work really hard, play by the rules, and get a disappointing loss. So you (or is it just me?) Lose heart and sometimes give up. But you'd have got your reward week 2 or 3.

if anyone tries or already uses water tablets, what results have you had?
