Hi everyone,

I am changing from LT to CD as I need to carry on with something i can follow, and CD810 is the way i am going.

I have lost 2.5 stone on LT and very happy, although now very bored, need a change, a fresh new motivated start, and a more structured plan into eating again so i can still keep control long term.

I saw the doc today and he said 'carry on with what you plan, you are looking very healthy' he had no prob with it at all :D

so rang local cdc and booked in for tomorrow :D

looking forward to porridge!

so if anyone has any advice, please feel free to tell me! ;) also, how do i join a team?? I wanna play too!

Hopefully one of the team leaders has a spot open, unfortunately I'm all full at the moment (I technically have 7 members, but 1 hasn't gotten back to me in a while!)

810 is a great plan, it was the last one I could stick to :eek: I really struggled after moving onto 1000, but then that's my own fault :eek:

Losses are a lil bit slower, maybe 10-12lb a month.
