Doctors Signature

Hi

This is probably a silly question but with regards to your BMI being over 40, does this mean if you have a BMI of say 40.7 you would still require a doctors signature or is it once your literally are above 40?

To be on liquid diets they always want doctors signature but i got mine from Loyd Pharmacy they will check your blood pressure and sign your form

I am sure it is 40 and above .. so at 40.7 you will need Dr signature

Mine is over 40, cant remember what it is exactly as my cards at home but I started straight away without a docs signature

I was unable to start until I had my doctors signature. So Ithink it depends on your cdc, and also what you weigh on your cdc scales!

You might be 1lb lighter there which would make all the difference for you.

i think some CDCs are more lenient than other and if its only just above 40 may let you start .. but the CD rules are 40 and above ...

I am sure lloyds pharmacy cant sign cambridge forms as the form is a statement to prove you have no health conditions that contra indicate CD ... and dont think a chemist would know your medical history

Have just checked and my starting bmi, not that i'd like to admit it is 46 lol
