.... use up their activity points from exercising on food? Im into the gym again now, and earning quite a few bonus points (at this rate about 5hours of cardio a week) do you think its worth adding up activity points and using them, or will I have a better loss if I dont? thanks guys x:)

You will loose more quickly if you dont use them but they are there if you need them for a special occassion.

I'm sure I read somewhere that there is a limit to how many exercise points you can eat in a week. Not sure what the limit is but [email protected] sure someone on here will know.

you should aim for 28AP per week exercise wise according to WW, but you are only allowed to eat 12 of your AP earned per week.

Also, i think its a bit of a myth that if you dont eat them you will lose more.. it theoretically makes sense but a lot of people have seen better weight losses for eating them than not.. think its an individual thing.. but if you are calculating your AP right, sticking to your points and your allowed 12AP then there is no reason for you to lose nothing xx

ohh right, thanks guys. So far ive done 2 1/2 hrs cardio since tuesday, running, walking, swimming, cross trainer, bike etc, how many points is this roughly, ive lost my book! id say high intensity cause im really puffed out and sweat is rolling off me (sorry tmi lol) x

Light Activity is your current weight in lbs x # of mins x .000232

Mod Activity is your current weight in lbs x # of mins x .000327

Heavy Activity your current weight in lbs x # of mins x .0008077

It's best to round down to the nearest point since most people think they work out harder than they actually do!!! :)

oh bloody hell thats amazing!!! it is more than worth it when you put it like that! that has totally shocked me :-O I will definately be keeping it up!! and maybe a weekly treat will be in order, like a bottle of wine hahaha wooo go me! cant get over that??!

thanks for that info ill be printing it off and putting it in my purse ;) ogd xercise is sooooooo worth it!! so so so so much! that has cheered me up mucho!!! xx
