Hi Guys! 

This may sound like a totally stupid question..:copon:, But i get weighed on wednesday evenings, and everyweek when it gets to monday I start to get pre-WI nerves and start to worry that i wont get a good loss and feel so anxious before i leave on a wed nite.
So far as you can see Ive done great! Its my 3rd WI this wed and so far im expecting maybe 2lbs loss?
. Sounds stupid but I keep worrying that this is too good to be true and kind of "self-sabotage" my positivness and think yeah im doing great but why am I trying ill never get to goal or when i do get to goal Ill put lbs back on!
Is this just silly .. people who have eaten foods whilest doing CD often see maybe a slight weight gain... surely when we stop and start to eat we will put a few lbs back on at least??
