Does anyone else have days on SS where they only get one sachet in?

Have been doing SS now for 12 days and out of them there has been at least 4 days where I've been so NOT hungry that I've had my first sachet between 11 and 1 and that's it. There's probably been the same number of days where I've only had two sachets.
I've done CD before about 4 years ago and I don't remember being like this. I feel fine full of so my much energy that I'm being soo busy that I don't feel hungry, I know it can't be good for me.

With Cambridge it almost takes away your appetite! But you should make yourself have all sachets, because you are on such a low calorie intake, that you need to consume a minimum number o calories just to function!

Perhaps try the tetra packs and just drink it quickly!

You need to have ALL your packs... your putting your health at risk doing that. Whether your hungry or not you MUST have them all.

It's really unsafe have all your products no matter if your full or not.
That's the diet so you must follow it correctly.

Good luck CD is the best diet ever x

I know how good the diet is from the last time i did it, I only did it for 5 weeks that time before I went on holiday but I found that it had broken all my bad habits particularly bread! like breakfast with the kids before school then getting back from the school run a couple of slices of toast and a cuppa while I decide what to do with my day then a sandwich or egg on toast for lunch and tea, well theres always a bread to go with every meal; naan bread, garlic bread focaccia and sun dried tomatoes...' not that bread is my real weakness. No that is def. Chocolate I reckon having been on CD for 12 days has already saved me at least £30 in vending machine binges already!!
But I am going to try a lot harder to get 3 sachets down my neck and I think yr right next time I see my CDC I'll get some tetra bricks and bars xx

OMG this post is like food porn ;)

You must eat all your packs - for the good of your health. Putting that to one side for the minute, if you don't then you risk your body going into starvation mode and it will hang onto every bit of fat - so kinda defeats the object

xxx

Lmao at food porn!!

Well done for getting to day 12 hun, enough people have told u the importance of all your packs so I won't!

I have mine breakfast lunch and tea time that was I remember..

Maybe try the bars when your allowed to, there more exciting to have than shakes and so may be easier to wolf down!!

Beat of luck hun hope you stick around and let us know how you get on xxx

i put my 3 sachets on the kitchen counter when i get up.
my OH is the food police, he keeps counting the sachets left on the counter and if i go to bed before all 3 have been had ( because im forgetful ) he will wake me up to make sure i have em

i also keep a diary that i log the times i have my shakes and the amount of water i have drunk, lol i guess im a tad ocd about it these days

What a supportive OH you have! :)

when he wants to be.
he thinks cambridge is easy and doesnt understand why i struggle sometimes ( all said while shoving cake and biscuits in his mouth usually )

love a bit of food porn!!!!!! Keeps me sane

I also have my day's supply out on the side to remind me. Really helps

As much as I find CD pretty straightforward, I can't ever say I have ever only had one pack.

Sometimes, its the thought of yet more liquid that puts me off - which is where the bars/porridge are a saviour.

Oh god, food porn?!?

LOL!

I am big because I love(d) food but this is a bit too much ;P

Though they say some women can orgasm with the right cuddle and chocolate...

Mmm gonna have to try this with my honey lol

Well I did much better today, I'd had my porridge by 10:30 and my soup about 2:30, OH came back from work with a fresh curry sauce from the chilled section at waitrose, for curiosity's sake not hunger I had to try it, and it was worth it, no naan bread, rice or poppadums just two spoonfuls of a gorgeous curry, I think I can count that as my third sachet??

No you really shouldnt. Its not just about calories. Its crucial you have the packs to make sure youre getting the nutrients etc your body needs. If youve had 2/3 packs today then youve only got 2/3 of the nutrients etc. You might have had the calories but thats it. If youre having something else then that should be over and above the packs.

You do realise a curry is going to knock you out of ketosis though? Is it worth going through that again for a few bites of curry???

Yes I have had days where I could of just done with one or two packs but I always ensure to have not just to make sure I get the calories but also to ensure that I get the correct amount of carve and protein as well as other nutrients so that my body doesn't go into starvation mode and end up working against all my efforts which Cambridge is developed to avoid

I know it can be hard but do make sure and have all your packs and best of luck with the diet
