hi there. not a recipe as such but i would take a range of veg such as onions, mushrooms, courgettes and others like aubergines and peppers if i wanted more variety. chop into bite sized pieces and simmer with a tin of chopped tomatoes and a teaspoon of dried mixed herbs for about 20 minutes. 0 points.
