Hi can anyone tell me the syns for this please


Tesco Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon with cheese and bacon

Hubby has got it out of the freezer and want to know if I should be stripping it back to Breast only before eating

is this all you would need

I've had these and they're not bad for syns but I'll check for you. Are they the ones that you buy fresh?

Chicken with Cheese & Bacon, chilled 385g pack, 193g serving 4 per serving on EE

Fresh & Easy Chicken Breasts filled with Cheese Sauce & wrapped in Bacon, chilled twin pa, 198g each 4.5 per serving

I'm sure these used to be 2.5 syns. Aldi do the same thing but theres were only 1/2 syn unless thats changed too
