What's the difference between red and extra easy days? i'd love to try red days but only ever done extra easy!

Red days meat is completely free as long as fat is removed. Pasta, rice and potatos can be a hexB? I think lol =]

Just had some SW chips done in the Actifryer?... I was counting these as potatoes (HEXB) as I do mainly red days.... Am I right in doing this or are they free ( I think I know the answer):sigh:
