Does anyone know if packs contain soya

I have an allergy to sya and i am looking for a meal replacement diet that does not contain any if there is such a thing x

So sorry hun, hope atkins does the trick for you.

I think the biggest plus of LL is the counselling, so perhaps alongside the Atkins you could get hold of a couple of self help books, or see a private counsellor?

My GP did say that she thought that even WW would work if you had counselling with it. I'd definitely recommend the book "Breaking free from emotional eating by Geneen Roth" it has loads of good ideas in.
