if you can have colon cleanse tablets to help with going the loo there herbal ones from h&b??

I've had a look at mine. There are no sweetners, but, i would question the liqorice and rhubarb root and the aloe vera. Also i would be a bit scared as these tablets do contain bulking/thickening materials which are in the shakes too. If I were you i'd try senokot.

I use the fibre clear, but to be honest sometimes I need a little extra help

so i use Natural pysillium husk at those times
