Or Fat Club as we called it at work lol. I wonder why it stopped on TV - remember the instructor Harvey Walden II or some such name - a tough taskmaster who got the best out of his charges.

Perhaps it was superceded by shows like the biggest loser, but I enjoyed that.

I get annoyed when you see these shows and these people are given excellent support and a wonderful chance and some of them have no interest.

I'd love all that personal training, support and tuition.
