Step 1 Sole Source Does it get easier the longer ou do it....

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as I have been on the cambridge diet for about 6 weeks but I had 2 weeks off (did not gain a pound) and back on it and then ate last weekend however this week I have stuck to it and I am in full ketosis where I feel pretty good.

I miss food as a social behaviour so I was wondering does this get easier? I have a social event in 2 weeks and I am worried will ruin my diet!

I was 15 stone 11 lbs at christmas and I went to the gym lost/gained/lost/gained...... then was 15st 5lbs when started I am today 13st 8lbs!! woohoo I dont feel like I have lost all that weight though......

Is there anyone else who struggles or anyone who has done it for more than 3 weeks sole source does it get easier? I feel it has a little xxx

Last year i did it for 12 weeks straight lost almost 5 stone then i did a bit of self sabotage and now back on it again on day 4 and although its hard i know this diet works so im determined by Xmas im done with this diet for good and will be at my goal weight and in a lovely dress for Xmas

I've been on it since march, I found that I got bored of SS but with SS+ I find it a lot easier (and my losses are about the same!) and I treat myself to a meal out once a week (only a chicken salad, but still feels nice to be able to go out and socialise!)

I go through phases of being a bit fed up, but then I weigh in and it spurs me on. I'm struggling a bit at the min as I'm starting to like what I see (but I've still got 2 stone to go!) but I promised myself I'd do it up til my holidays and I refuse to give in :) x
