Does it really get easier after 1st week?

It really does.

I found the hunger really started to subside around day 8-9 and now I'm not constantly thinking about food like I was.

Keep at it, just think of the lovely lower number you'll see on the scales

This 2nd week is going much quicker for me than the 1st one did

Ive only started today and im already really hungry and feelin a bit irritable.

First few days are rather difficult but once you get into ketosis, (if you are doing it 10%), it should take 3-4 days, you don't feel hungry. After a week you start getting into a routine, hope this helps. Keep focused:jelous::jelous:
