I think getting the perfect weight for your height and body shape is the key.

Some people who go too skinny just look old and haggared!

I think you perhaps look younger cos you dress younger??
As Chelly said it's just getting the right balance else you can look haggered!!

Have to agree with Chelly there. It is about balance. If you get too thin for our frame it can age you just as much as being too lardy.

Well, I got ID'ed about 3months back and Im 38!!! Nearly wet myself laughing!!!! They were doing this think 25 thing but, hello??? I defo look over 18 so why worry about the 25 malarky??

Anyway, I think it depends on your clothing amongst other things but certainly on a day where Im happy and relatively stress free I look younger and also a bit of colour in my skin makes me look younger.

That said I decided to dye my hair dark brown tonight and my daughter said I looked like my mum.............. Thanks babe!! LOL

I think, like others have said, it depends...though I'm not sure what it depends on!!! lol
Take Hannah Waterman for instance who has lost a bundle of weight, I personally think she looks older and haggered now (though I must say, she looked pretty awful when she was plumper too!! Sorry!!)
Having said that, I bet half the celebs in that article have had some kind of surgery, even if its only botox or teeth whitening! Both of those 'simple' proceedures can make a massive difference to what you look like. I'm fed up with seeing perfectly airbrushed celebs in magazines!!!!

I was really shocked to see hannah waterman after she lost the weight! She looked about 50.

I think it depends too, some people look fantastic after losing weight, others look older

I think it's about getting the balance just right and not getting too skinny. Also maybe the clothes you wear?
