Does my day sound ok?


B: bacon and egg omelette made with butter and evo

L: 2 x chicken legs with lettuce, cucumber with Philly cheese (2ounce)

Snack: 2 x chicken legs

Coffee with unsweetened soya milk x 1

D: one lamb leg steak and one pork chop with brocolli plus some mature cheddar (1ounce)

Had 3 mugs of veg all in plus 3 litres of water and a good 40 mins brisk walk around the park with the dog :)

Just feel as though I have eaten loads today but I have been hungry out of boredom but back on placement tomorrow and I have my brekkie and lunch all made :)
