Does Nutracheck tell you vitamins and minerals as well as calories?

I really want to keep a check on vitamins and minerals in my diet, especially iron, as well as count calories.

Does anyone know if nutracheck will tell me this? I cant have the free trial as I had one years ago!

I have just registered on weigthlossresources, and that doesnt seem to tell you the vitamins?

OR does anyone know of a nutritional analysis program I could use that doesnt cost the earth like the professional ones?!
