I read an article recently that claims swimming can actually make you gain weight as you feel cold so your appetite increases so you eat more than you intend to after a swim. I've also read that it's not that effective for weight loss.
Is there any truth in this? I want to start swimming again to help my weight loss but I don't want to do it if it will have an adverse effect. I bet it's a load of rubbish though
