Extra Easy Does this look ok for ee

    Hi there,
    I have been doing this diet for three weeks and have lost 7lbs, but only lost 0.5 last night. I have listed today's meals / food below and would be grateful if anyone can advise does this seem right for an EE day?

    Frozen berries

    2 apples

    Low fat cottage cheese
    Pineapple chunks
    Baked potato
    Onken natural yogurt ff
    Harvest moon bar - heb b
    Tomatoes and salad

    Chicken dupiaza - onion, chicken, spices, celery, garlic ginger and tomato purée(1 syn)

    Melon and yogurt

    Hot chocolate options (2 syns)
    Aero biscuit bar (5 syns)

    Milk throughout the day in tea - hea

    Sounds ok. Was the cottage cheese definitely syn free? Some are synned. Also was it fresh pineapple you ate or tinned? Tinned is synned.
    The Harvest moon bars have to be the less than 70cal light ones and you get 2 of those as a hexb. The other kinds would be synned.
