Planned my meals for the week (how does this sound??)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and beans
Lunch: 60g wholemeal bread (HExB) with 40g cheese (HExA) and cherry tomatoes
Tea: Cod, sweet potato, broccoli, green beans, carrots and farmhouse veg
No planned syns as yet

Wednesday

Breakfast: 100g fat free yoghurt and fruit (Blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants)
Lunch:Cajun chicken (seasoned chicken breast) with beansprout and vegetable stirfry
Tea: Jacket potato and beans OR Chicken chow mein from takeaway (as its my birthday) which according to my book is 7 syns

Thursday

Breakfast: 35g porridge oats (HExB) with fruit (same as fruit mentioned above)
Lunch: Jacket potato and beans (if didn't have it night before) OR Salmon, Broccoli and Green beans
Tea: Spaghetti in passata topped with 40g lighter cheese (HExA) LOVE this!!
No planned syns as yet

Friday

Breakfast: 100g fat free yogurt with fruit (Same as fruit mentioned previous)
Lunch: Scrambled eggs and beans
Tea (Off plan due to a night with the girls for my birthday)


How does this sound?? Any tweaks needed??

Today I just realised went a bit off, I had the 60g bread with my egg and beans, was starving!!!
 
Sometimes it's ok to go off what you planned. Sometimes you'll be more hungry and sometimes you'll be less hungry than what you planned. Always good to be flexible.
 
I changed my idea for tea as well. I had stuff that needed using lol!!
