I think if you have a HEB potato it has to be 230g. My understanding is if it is less then you have to syn it, dont know why. Perhaps I have got this wrong, no doubt someone more informed than me will tell us. However, I have always just taken it within that figure not spot on and I havent had a problem doing this!

Red has me so confused i think i might stick with extra easy but weigh pasta and potatoes ect.
