Does this make a difference...evening instead of morning etc

I usually weigh at 10 am on a Tuesday morning, and never eat beforehand as don't have time getting dd to school and the baby sorted out.

Mark usually has Gabriel and does some food shopping while i'm at Group, but he has a contract this ans next week that starts at 8am.

We only have the one car atm, and there are no buses before 10 from my village

Therefore i need to go to the 18.30 class - how much difference will it make and what should i eat for brekkie and lunch??

Not had a great week and starting to get annoyed with myself...pmsl

Thanks, Becs

I find there is roughly a 4lb difference between morning weigh in's and evening weigh in's because you have to eat during the day and you always weigh less first thing!

I would advise you to follow the plan as normal if you are weighing in at night (as i do) because starving yourself all day to see a better figure on the scales is not ideal

I agree can be anything up to 4lb difference! I weigh in the evening and tend to stop drinking (well, not altogether but no huge glasses of water/coke/cups of tea) approx 2 hrs before I am due to weigh in as I don't want to be weighing a load of liquid! Not sure if it helps or not but since a litre of water weighs about a kilo I'm taking no chances....anyway, best thing is still to go and weigh if you can, you never know you might get a nice surprise!

I'm weighing in the evening next week too! I have to weigh in as i have a countdown....never thought it would be that much!

Everybody is different though, you may be one of the lucky ones. just try not to eat 'heavy' meals on WI day if you are worried. It will all be fine though x x

i sometimes have to alternate classes due to shifts and i either get weight monday morning or monday night - i think as long as you stick to the plan the it fixes its self out
