Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with a tin of sardines in tomato sauce. Banana & coffee

Lunch - Jacket potato with cheese, spring onion and lighter than light mayo. Muller Light Yogurt.

Dinner - SW recipe spaghetti bolognese.
