Well after around 8 weeks on SW(this time round)! I have accepted my body likes to take the scenic route with losses of between 0.5-1lb per week and as long as its moving in the right direction I'm happy with that.

Hoping posting a food diary will help me see if I'm going wrong anywhere!

Today will be EE day to fuel up for tomorrows 8 mile early morning training run :)

Breakfast: rice pud made with 600ml almond milk( enough for 2 days hopefully so will syn the milk at 3 syns a day) cooled and topped with mixed berries.

Lunch: Jp with tuna mayo(5 syns as only like the real stuff! ) huge mixed salad. Add 40g grated lf cheddar to this (HEA)

Dinner: salmon fillets, broccoli and sweet potato mash.

Snacks: 2 hifi light (HEB) banana, muller greek style corner 5 syns

Total syns: 13 if rice pud turns out ok
HEA: 40g lf cheddar
HEB: 2 hifi light
 
Update. Rice pud with almond milk in microwave was a disaster so redid in oven with 250ml SS milk (HEA) replaced my a choice instead of the cheese.

Syns today now:
Muller corner greek style 5 syns
Mayo 5 syns
Solero 4 syns

Total 14 syns
Hea 250 ml Ss milk
Heb 2 hifi light


WI today 0.5 on after bank hols.
Total loss now 5.5 lbs :-(
 
Today's menu-EE day

B- rice pud using HEA SS milk, fresh strawberries and blueberries

L-2 quorn sausages(2), bacon medallions, baked beans, tinned tomatoes, 2 small WM toast, light butter(3)

D-baked potato topped with chilli, large mixed salad.

Snacks: alpen light bar(3) small bag jelly tots during run (5) lucozade revive (2.5)

Syns: 15.5

Exercise: 8 mile run
