I always change my clocks the night before so that my head can get used to the change while I'm asleep! It seems to have worked, I was still up at the 'normal' time.
Snap when it comes to waking up normal time - im going to be grumpy for the next few days, usually get up at 5:00 so been awake since 4:00 itll take me about 2 weeks to get used to it .. that said ive cleaned the house (apart from the hoovering) and made a huge pan of soup already! cant go back to sleep or will end up with a migraine
