I'm trying a green day today
so far i've had:
Breakfast:
Sainsburys bran (hex b) with 150ml skimmed milk (hex a-rest made up in cups of tea!) with some sweetener and chopped banana and raspberries- with an apple
Break: Walkers french fries and a banana
Lunch: Coucous salad with peppers, spring onions and lettece. Had with melon, satsuma and a muller light yogurt
- and now i'm home; had a relook at the plan and i am even more confused! I have 2 hex's of each a day?! How on earth can i fit them in???!!!!!
I'm now planning to have a jacket potatoe- i could have it with tuna which would be another hex b; but how can i fit in the other hex a?! - have some more 350ml of skimmed milk?!
Argh- or should i just make this an extra easy day. I hate this diet :cry:
