Don't want Food :O

Hey Guys.

Not really sure whats going on with my Body atm.
I used to have cravings for junk food but I started Wii Fit last night and did a good 30 mins of step work and muscle training oh and Hula Hoop which I love!
My tummy is abit sore today kinda a acheing which I been told is normal.

Been drinking plenty of water and today I've had only 500 cals and I really don't feel like eatting nemore.

Gonna have a weight watches meal tonight which is another 300-400 cals and some carrot sticks but I don't feel hungry or feel the urge to eat more.

Why is this? I'm abit worried that I may be eatting too few calories now but I really just don't fancy food :O

Any tips?

Maybe the hot weather, if you've got it where you are? I've not been as hungry as I usually am today because it's just so warm.
