You'd be surprised at what some parents do expect us teachers to do! I spent q a lot of time last year wiping ass and then having meetings with parents explaining it couldn't continue...I need to be harder and just think that of their parents are willing for them to sit in soiled pants then I should be too!

The annoying thing is they know the teachers can't do it for them but if he says "no mummy I want you to do it" there's never any question its done for him. If he says it to me I say- well you're a big boy and you can do it yourself can't you?
She didn't even realise he could do it himself till recently cos they'd never made him try!
I have to bite my tongue so many times with the way they give into them constantly. Makes my job so much harder!

Awwwwwww why is doggy feeling sad? A few years ago we had two cats, Mike & Joey (Friends), Joey was deaf as a post & unfortunately got run over & now lives in kitty heaven, but it was heartbreaking watching Mike mope around. anyway they are together now, as Mike is also in kitty heaven

He's been staying with OH's sister while we were on holiday last week and I think he's missing their puppy he's loved running round the garden with her and snuggling up to her. Think he's a bit love sick lol

Our dog is the same. She had a ball staying with the very expensive doggysitter. Glad she had a fab time but she is so sad and out of sorts and obviously missing their dog. So sad to see.

I would get another but know OH won't go for that idea even though he talked me into getting our little one and another wouldn't be any more trouble. I didn't want another after my last dog died aged 16. She had always been my dog and I was devastated. Took me 4 years to agree to another. Don't know why he has to have the last say though cos I do everything- walking, training, feeding etc etc. But I love her to bits and enjoy doing it. Makes it sadder to see her moping around :-(

Aww my little one is the same, we go to visit my mum and her dogs a lot and she's really sad when we come home and it's just us but we already have her and two cats and just don't have space for another which is a shame as I know she'd love it

dyjhiw your husband shouts get the door postman is there (he can't as he is in his underwear) so I jump as fast as lightening to get to door as desperately wanting something in the post. DYJHIW Your daughters previous employers try & claim back commission from her, which 1 they didn't pay her & 2 she didn't even work for them on the dates they stated and 3 they've copied & pasted names/address to make it look like more cancelations. Words can't express how angry I am they've tried to do this, in the letter they said if she didn't pay they'll pass it on to a debt collection agency, which just makes me even more mad. She's undecided yet what action she is taking.

dyjhiw your boss insists you move a trip that you had planned for next week to today, meaning you have to cancel plans today with another childminder not only disappointing my charges but hers too! That were all really looking forward to seeing each other and there is no reason to change it other than him being a busybody! I do know what im doing with regards to planning activities for your children and how to entertain and care for them - you hired me for that very reason now let me do it!
