Oh dear, I used to use the three F's Fair Firm Fun, but at times even that didn't work & all you can do is just carryon & do your best. I'm so glad those days are over for me & OH
I think you're a simlar age to me, in the past year I've started to get migraine & I know it's linked to the menopause, I'm not trying to diagnose the headaches, but just a thought

Dyjhiw you get lost on the way to your sons footie match an get in a complete stress about it instead of dealing with the situation calmly and then find the match really stressful to watch and your son gets mouthy with the ref and attracts negative attention and feels down about his play afterwards when normally he's big headed about it!
