Aw, can completely sympathise with this, eugh!! Sometimes the only thing that helps mine is to sleep - it's like with a migraine, ridiculous! x

I got loads of loo roll and flushed it down the toilet lol. There was no way I was leaving that to roam around my house tonight I'd be restless in bed lol x

DYJHIW you really hate your new job.. Like detest the place and cry about it every night... I'm under so much pressure and I lie awake worrying about it all the time with no support just criticism and the attitude of just do it or I will find someone else who will...
So tough only took it because its higher paid to help savings for moving to Canada so I keep telling myself its only for a year but worry about my mental health by then as I feel myself getting depressed
Must try harder to just find the days easier I guess rant over!!

Awww can you not look for something else whilst your there? Or even look at agency work, just to get you out of the place. You cant go on like that for a whole year even if it is higher paid. Is it a manager thats telling you to get on with it? They must be answerable to someone could you speak to someone else about the problem?

I was in a similar position a few years ago, I took a higher paid job, working in the same industry & doing the same job, but the boss was awful, she would shout at me & expected me to work 24/7 like she did. It got so back I was heaving as i went to work. In the end I handed in my notice, and I didn't have another job to go to, the relief I felt leaving, fortunately I was only out of work a couple of weeks, but I obviously took a lower paid job. She really did knock my confidence.
As Texty_F said look for another job, even 12 months doing something you don't like can seem like a lifetime. x
