I've worn makeup more than I usually do as been out a few times and have used my make up wipes more so don't know if it's that, it's round my mouth and nose, great for going back to work tomorrow!

Could be your make up wipes are too strong and the sensitive skin round your mouth/nose has reacted.
Maybe try putting a little baby lotion on it tonight to see if that soothes or a gentle moisturiser.
