Dorset cranberry and raspberry porridge

Could some one please confirm if Dorset Cereal cranberry and raspberry porridge sachets are a healthy extra?
Are any other flavour an hex too?

Are the 50g sachets a HEB?

My book states it's 30g sachets, however I can only see 50g sachets in the shop. I have bought a standard box and weigh it out myself.
