I've been on my diet now for 5 weeks and the first 4 weeks went well, lost a stone quite steadily over those 4 weeks.
To boost my weight loss I thought I'd try and exercise this last week, so I've done a fitness DVD, got the exercise bike out and have been going for walks on my lunch break. WI today and I've put on 1lb! I've not cheated once on the diet and now I feel so down.
I've tried to do the right thing and its made things worse!
Has anyone else experienced this? Will the weight loss catch up or should I just stop with the exercise (which is how I'm feeling now)?
I know exercise will change my body shape and tone up, but at the moment I'm just concerned with losing the weight! Perhaps when I'm somewhere nearer my target weight I should start?? I don't know
