Downsize me is down sizing!

Breakfast - natural yoghurt
Lunch - veg curry
Snack - biscotti and cashew nuts and toast with a tiny bit of chocolate spread
Dinner - steak and veg stir fry

Gym - 40 mons Cardio, 4 x strength

They are very tsaty, couldn't resist when the kids offered me some!
 
Why does bad food always taste so good... why can we not crave things like spinach or brocolli.....

Needless to say I had stomach aches and oil when I went to the loo. Won't do eat crisps and biscuits again!!!!

Feel fine now bunny - was very hungover yesterday so just wanted comfort food!

Am back on track today, did 50 mins of cardio at the gym and some weights too. Have scale hopped a couple of times this week and can see I won't lose much tommorow, hopefully all my hard work at the gym will pay off at next weeks weigh in!

I bought some body fat scales today and got the following

fat 44.9%
Water 42.4%
Muscle 30.2%

Will be interesting to see if my muscle goes up and fat comes down after the 3 gym sessions I hope to fit in this week.
 
Lost 2lbs this week, hopefully next week I will lose at least a lb so I can hit 10% and my November target of losing 14lbs this month.

and i hope you are feeling less hung over.. lol... i know that feeling all too well...
 
Kes, when you starting going to the gym did your weight loss increase oor did it stay around the same each week - did so much in the gym was hoping for a bit more!
 
to be honest. i didnt lose a lot of weight.. i lost inches....
which was in a way really disheartening. but in the long run it was to get into my dress, which now fits, so i know i was doing me good.
 
That's good to know. I don't mind if that's the case as at least I will be fitter and more toned. I have noticed a bit of a differnce already - my bum and hips have shrunk a bit which in turn makes my belly looks massive as it hasn't changed!!!

Shows how different we all are!!!! Pre-kids my belly was okay even when I was fat but after so many pregnanices it's lost the will to be flat!

Am going for a big push this week, lots of gym and low carb again in an aim to get into my new dress - think I have put myself under a bit too much pressure!
