Have decided to keep a diary to keep my on the straight and narrow. I started off really well but strayed the last couple of weekends. I want to get back on track at least 90% of the time, aiming for 100%!
Breakfast - 1 whole egg, 1 egg white
Snack - Fruitus Moist Organic Apricot & Oat Bars 7 syns
Lunch - Prawn and veg stir fry with half nest of rice noodles
Snack - 250ml ss milk HEXa, Choc orange HiFi bar HEXb
Dinner - BBQ Heinz baked beans, salad, 2 x fishfingers 4 syns
Total syns - 11
