    Thought it would be good idea to keep a food diary as I have had such an awful 7 weeks :s and am now 1.5lb heavier than when i joined :( but im determined to succeed and iv drew a line under it :D

    Extra easy

    Breakfast – scrambled egg, bacon, mushroom & tomato – free

    Lunch – pasta with passata, garlic, chilli, ham, onion, peppers & tomato – free
    Fresh pineapple & strawberries – free

    Snack – banana – free

    Dinner – egg & bacon loaf, sw chips, side salad, tbsp potato salad & tbsp coleslaw – free & 6 syns

    Snack – hifi light bar – part hexb
    Slice of nimble with an egg – free & other part hexb

    *250ml semi skimmed milk used in coffee throughout day* hexa

    Total syns – 6

    Dinner – baked potatoes with 28g cheese, side salad, tbsp coleslaw & tbsp potato salad – free hexa & 6 syns

    Snack – 2 slices of nimble with scraping of low fat spread – hexb & 1 syn
